There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, that comfortably sleeps 2, a full bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as an upstairs loft (non–standing) with two single beds. There is also a full-size jacuzzi in your private deck.

Over the last several months, the current owners have enjoyed a great increase in reservations due to the many upgrades they also added the following amenities to their cabin in the last 90 days:

1. Brand new Access Point internet box. This AP box ($200) doubled the internet speed as well as broadened the Wi-Fi coverage to include even the beach area while offering two unrestricted Netflix accounts and a complete cable TV package. 
2. The owner also upgraded the internet downloading/uploading speed and reduced the monthly internet cost from $99 to $65 by changing carriers resulting in a saving of $400 per year.
3. To ensure remote control access and keep the cabin safe, an Electronic Keyless Smart Entry Lock was installed with fully functional Wi-Fi operation digital controls. These locks also record and monitor the in and out traffic to the cabin.  
4. They installed an Outside Solar powered Bionic light making the entry at night visible and safe.
5. They added a brand-new Keurig Coffee machine ($169) with a decorative Coffee Filter box, a Glass jar container to keep coffee fresh, and a Torani Syrup bottle, all displayed in a new wooden Coffee station/organizer.
6. The main bed downstairs has a brand-new hospitality signature Bed Topper to improve comfort.
7. They installed a brand-new Dulux triple shower dispenser.
8. They added an official Leather binder Cabin Guidebook with transparent Inserts displaying multiple local activity brochures.
9. They now also offer all guests a Digital Guidebook to improve communications.  
10. They added a selected variety of 27 Cooking Spices elegantly displayed in the kitchen cupboard (on a lazy Suzanne)
11. They also added various refilled kitchen items such as Oil, Honey, Aluminum Foil rolls…and a full array of condiments and beverages (Keurig coffee pods, Creamer, Teas, sugar, Hot sauce, Ketchup…)
12. A decorative bathroom make-up towel tray with black makeup towels and black rust-proof soap dispensers for longevity usage.
13. A new Fire Extinguisher and a First Aid Kit for minor emergencies.
14. An assorted array of Family board games.  
15. A brand-new pair of army binoculars for guests to enjoy beach ocean views.
